Well established Trading company. We are involved in oil transactions as we are mandate/agents of big end sellers and users. Our procedures are very simple.
In order to buy from us, the following will apply without exceptions:
1. Buyer send in LOI (Letter of Intent) and Procedure.
2. Seller provides draft contract to buyer.
3. Seller and buyer exchange the signed and notarized contracts via electronic mail, which shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable.
4. Seller letter of being ready willing and able to issue the performance bond (PB) and to provide proof of product (POP) which will be verified by buyer.
4. The buyer?s bank issues the non- operative Irrevocable, non transferable Documentary Letter of Credit via swift to seller?s bank. etc.
